As I look into those eyes before me...
searching for the truth of who I am...
I see a woman in the mirror staring intensely into me

I see a resemblance between her and me.
Yet as I look at her...I see a spirit that is so free.
There are no limitations...no doubts in her mind
Her purpose is in her eyes...it is mine I must find.

The more I spend time with her each day
The more I see her strength and courage stay

The questions that riddle my life are becoming easier to solve.

I see myself growing into who I was born to be...
A woman who's spirit is about to be set free.
The woman in the mirror is looking more like me each day.
Or is it the other way around? If you may.

This is who I've always been but my vision was not clear.
It is through her eyes that my life has become so dear.
Her purpose and mine are one in the same
and it has nothing to do with fortune or fame.

This woman who "I Am" has a mission in this life...
to hear the pleas of others and help alleviate their strife.
To radiate Love and Light to every soul she meets...
to help them see themselves as beautiful and complete.

So as I gaze into the mirror and see a woman strong and free
I realize that she's simply another part of me.
I remember the distance I felt the first time I saw her truth
