Small Animal Pet Care

It is very important that the cage is kept clean on a regular basis in order for your new pet to remain healthy and active. They will do their best to keep themselves clean -- you will see them lick their hands in order to wash their face. If you are a proud owner of a guinea pig or rabbit, you will need to help it stay groomed on a regular basis. This is a great way to bond with your new pet!

Chinchillas and Ferrets available upon request.

All Rabbits and Guinea Pigs will require: a cage, bedding, hay, proper food for the animal's age, a food dish, a water bottle, a house or wooden object for them to chew on to keep the front teeth down and a litter pan for the bunny is optional -- although most bunnies are able to be litter trained
