I thank all of you for joining me yesterday in prayer. I'm sure our hearts were heard. Even though this day of prayer is done, I ask you to keep these memories close to the surface. I ask you to continue honoring who you are. To continue to see each person you meet for the soul they are. Remember to gift yourself the Sacred Space you so richly deserve and to honor that of others as well. It is so important that we share who we are without losing who we are along the way. I wish you well this week. By Monday I will be able to post the details on our next prayer session for March 26th.
I hope you will be able to join me.
Until then ... thank you all for all you do.
Blessings, Dawn

I know that I have touched on subjects that some would not. This Friday, March 19th, is no different. Last week I was given a clearer view of empowerment. Empowerment grows self respect. Respect on all levels creates a more peace filled world. This week I have a healthier understanding of "healthy boundaries". At one point in time I would have told you that to have healthy boundaries simply meant to be able to say 'no' when the answer would have been an automatic 'yes'. Now I see them completely different.

To create healthy boundaries in your life doesn't mean to place walls up around you. It means to create 'sacred space' around you. I also would have thought that this applied to giving to others but nothing else. Only within the last few days have I seen how we can give too much or allow too much within our own sacred space.

I ask you this week to visualize all those you know, or don't know, who have no boundaries and hold them within your heart offering protection from a harsh world. See them happy knowing when to say "No". See them content knowing when not to take on anyone else's burdens. See them at peace as they give to others knowing that a "hand up" is so much more empowering for someone else than a "hand out" and it enables that other person to grow because of the gift, not be suffocated by it. See them have less indecisiveness about what to accept into their sacred space and how much to give of themselves. See them understanding who they are, creating those healthy boundaries and living in a state of grace.

This is something I wrote very recently when I saw the 'walls' being taken down in a friends life and replaced with those healthy boundaries. It was when she realized that no human should be placed higher than one's self...that we are all equal. Thank you for allowing me to share it with you today and for joining me this week in prayer. I pray from these new choices in one's life we will have offered Hope to so many.

I praise you not, for you are real
from that vantage point you could steal
my heart, my mind, my very soul
all the things that make me whole.

I respect you now for who you are
from this point of view we can go far.
You are my equal in all we do
I see your soul...the beauty that is you.

My heart does smile from what I see
a friend who sees and truly respects me.
And from this place of Sacred Space
I can live my life in a state of Grace.
