I have been writing the Friday Sessions for almost 4 months now. I have touched on some very "tender" subjects. Come Monday I will be digging deeper into life. I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for standing by my side all this time. Each of you are truly precious. Each of you makes a difference. Thank you for being you.  "It saddens me greatly that anyone would simply 'dismiss' another person...no matter who that other person is." These words have been gnawing at me since last week. I have touched on many subjects since I started writing the Friday Sessions. Yet this week past there is something that has been shown to me so clearly that I can't ignore it. I have seen too many people stand in front of me this past week with the misconception that they are 'not enough' for whatever was happening in their life. I have seen too many people look at others with skepticism and reservation showing the concept 'are you enough'... to the point sometimes of 'are you good enough'. How can anyone dismiss someone else? It does happen ... all the time. Unfortunately it is part of society as society is today. What I truly do not understand is how someone can dismiss who they are. Yet I had been there. Seems like lifetimes ago. Looking back I remember believing what others told me about myself. "Not good enough. Not pretty enough. Not smart enough...not... Not... NOT!" After awhile all of that poison sinks in and seeps into a person's veins becoming part of who they "think" they are. Yet other people's perspectives of who we are... are not the truth of who we are. We must TRUST that we were "born enough" and others can not take this away from us unless we enable them to. Can you see me? Can you see me? Can you see who I am? Or do you look past me into who you want me to be? Do you know me? Do you know my Soul? Do you only see my flesh or can you see what makes me whole? I see it in your eyes you don't see the "Truth" of me. You turn that around into ugly lies. You see only what you want to see. I bought into your blind sightedness never trusting me ... never trusting what was real and who did it hurt...causing only me distress? Then I realized that it was time for me to heal. So now I live for me...fully present...not selfishly Offering "my truth"...sharing "Me" with everyone I see Living from my Soul...living authentically. To see so deep within a person that you can see their Soul. To look in the mirror and find who you are in your own eyes. TRUST that you are enough. Don't buy into what others think. For why are they thinking less of you? Is it if you are less....they are more? Live by your own Truth. Live by your own hand....be responsible for your life. Once you find your Center and are balanced within your own Sacred Space go out there in the world and SHINE for all to see. Share who you are as you are and Grace the world with your Beauty. Do not allow anyone to tell you that you are not good enough. You were born 'good enough' ... now grow into the person you were born to be. For that person is very much needed here on this Earth. I offer you my hand. Come stand next to me in all the 'Truth' that you are. Together we will make a difference.
