Life is like a constant flowing stream.
Going with the flow is easy
but heading upstream is a struggle well worth the effort.
For upstream is where our destiny lies.
How much of a struggle is it?
How do we know we are almost there?
How far is far?
Far enough to feel ourselves being
stretched into who we are?
Far enough to shed our old skin
and grow into the new?

When you listen with the heart,
you can only hear the truth.
Then you know how far is far enough.
