 Because you matter... I am a voice for the "silent", a heart for the "hurting" and a seeker of truth and spiritual guidance. I am nothing, yet I am a tiny piece of Everything. I simply "am". It's what I do with me that is important. Every choice is a gift. Every action a blessing ... if it comes from the heart. Judgment has no place within my world. Each of us has a dream to create, a purpose to fulfill, a reason for being and a song to sing from our Soul. We each touch the heart and soul of all we come in contact with ... even if we don't realize it at the time. Every thought we think, every word we speak, every action we take has a ripple effect on everything and everyone around us. Someone had said to me years ago ... "Thoughts are things. Make them gentle things so when they come to life they will heal, not hurt." How true they were. I've tried to remember this over the years. I am just as human as the next. This is not always an easy path to walk. Yet, to me, it is a necessary one. This week has brought many opportunities for me to truly look at who I am and what I do. I was amazed at some things that I saw within myself. Some I didn't know were there that I have grown into. Others I thought I had gotten rid of and have since worked on doing just that. What I've realized the most this week is life is a constant flow of growth. We are never done. We are never where we think we are. We are always expanding and searching. The next thing I realized was what it is that we are searching for... ourselves. With each little piece of growth that comes my way I understand myself so much better. I also realized that if I am content with who I am, everything else in my life is so much sweeter. Even in the midst of chaos I can find peace. This is what I wish for each of you this week ... to be able to find peace within the depths of your soul. There is no better gift to give or receive. The giving part comes from opening your heart and offering acceptance of the other person just the way they are. The receiving part comes from opening your soul and accepting all the love that is gifted to you. Whether you give or receive... I wish you a peace filled week ... because you matter.
