I thank you for joining me yesterday. I had asked you to join me in shining the Light of your Soul for all the world to see as a 'living prayer'. I ask you to continue with this prayer each day that life is gifted to you. There is so much darkness in this world through intolerance, injustice, condemnation and there are too many other avenues it can take. Your Light is greatly needed. And if you feel yourself being flattened out by someone else's feelings or words that bring the darkness into your life, please pull from my Light and lift yourself back up.

 There are no tomorrows. We only have this moment before us. Each moment we have is sacred. Each moment is filled with the breath of Life gifted from the Heavens. It is our choice to use each breath wisely or to waste one single second that is offered to us. To accept each moment that is gifted to us and live it so fully that our heart shines upon the world is the only choice there should be. All else is truly a waste. To shine that Light in a life of service is the highest form of living. It takes courage to choose this form of life...to live so fully. It is so much easier to simply 'surface live'. Yet with living along the surface of life and not digging deep into our souls we miss so very much. A close friend of mine struggled with many health issues and has since crossed over, yet her life was a true inspiration to me. She chose to serve her community through the First Aide and as Fire Commissioner. Even though she had physical limitations, she didn't allow her limitations to effect her faith. She stood her ground, gathered her courage and shined the Light of her soul for all the world to see. My prayer is that we live our lives by her example. If we were able to hear her voice, this is what she would say, "What I couldn't teach you during my waking hours please learn now through my death. What flows through these human bodies is God's own Breath. Each day that we take for granted is not just another day gone by. Each breath that we take for granted is closer to the day we die. You needn't leave your physical bodies to know that you have lost. You can live that life of indifference, but truly...at what cost?"
